摘要
文章从组织学习视角对代工企业产品开发能力的提升进行了研究。然而,过去这一主题的研究或者聚焦于组织间学习,或者聚焦于组织内学习。文章则从整体性视角同时考虑了组织间学习和组织内学习,并实证检验了组织间学习、组织内学习与产品开发能力之间的关系。研究结果表明:组织间学习对组织内学习和产品开发能力有显著的正向影响;组织内学习对产品开发能力有显著的正向影响。
From the perspective of organizational learning,this paper studies the enhancement of product development capa bilities of OEM.However,previous related research focuses on investigating either inter-organizational learning or intra-orga nizational learning.From the integrated perspectives,this paper considers both inter-organizational learning and intra-organi zational learning at the same time,and examines empirically the relationship among inter-organizational learning,intra-orga nizational learning,and product development capabilities.The result shows that inter-organizational learning has a signifi cant positive effect on intra-organizational learning and product development capabilities,and intra-organizational learning has a significant positive effect on product development capabilities.
