基于三维灰色趋势关联度的江苏省现代服务业区域协调性评价研究

A Regional Coordination Evaluation of the Modern Service Industry in Jiangsu Province Based on 3D Grey Trend Relational Degree

文章对现代服务业区域协调发展的内涵进行了界定,并建立了相应的评价指标体系。同时,改进了灰色趋势关联度的计算方法,构造了一种基于指标和时间权重的三维灰色趋势关联度,并将其应用于江苏省现代服务业区域协调性的实证研究,通过江苏、山东、浙江、上海和北京五个省市的比较,明确了江苏省现代服务业的区域协调水平及其差距所在。研究表明:江苏省现代服务业区域整体协调性相对较低,整体发展水平较低;在与工业协调发展方面,工业仍然是江苏省经济发展的主导产业;江苏省现代服务业行业结构协调性较低,尚未形成较为明显的主导优势行业。

This paper defines the connotation of regional coordinated development of the modern service industry,and it estab lishes the evaluation index system.Then this paper improves the calculate method of grey trend relational degree,and it con structs a 3D grey trend relational degree based on indicators and time weighting.Furthermore,this paper conducts an empirical study on the regional coordinated development of the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province by using a 3D grey trend rela tional degree.Through comparing the regional coordinated development of the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province with that of Shandong Province,Zhejiang Province,Shanghai and Beijing,this paper finds out that it is relatively low.The conclu sions as follows.Firstly,the regional coordination of the modern service industry in Jiangsu Province is relatively low,and the overall development is in the low level.Secondly,the industry remains the leading industry of economic development in Jiangsu Province in the aspect of industrial coordinated development.Thirdly,the degree of regional coordination of the industry struc ture in Jiangsu Province is lower,it hasn’t formed the more obvious dominant industry.
