摘要
养老养生地产作为养老地产与养生地产的交集和结合体,复合了房地产开发、养老养生服务、商业地产运营和金融创新等属性,比养老地产和养生地产有着更为光明的产业前景。由于依赖于特定的自然资源和人文资源以及与目标消费人群的结合,我国养老养生地产可能存在一定的区域性竞争,因而需要科学合理和相对明晰的商业开发策略。针对养老养生地产这一独立业态的发展特征,文章从需求开发、产品线设计、商业模式、战略合作伙伴选择等角度对其未来发展策略进行了探讨。
As combination of health-care real estate and retirement real estate,health-care and retirement real estate com bines real estate development,health-care and retirement real service,commercial real estate operation and financial innova tion.It has more brilliant prospect than health-care real estate and retirement real estate.It maybe have a districtive competi tion,depanding on the combination of specific natural resorces,cultural resources with target consumers.So the scientific and clear comercial strategies are needed.Aiming at development characters as an dependent industry of health-care and retirement real estate,the paper studies the development strateges in the future from the perspective of the requirement development,product line designing,business model,strategic cooperation paternship selecting.
