摘要
现代人本管理在理论上对人性的研究存在不足,实践上缺乏对人生命的根本关怀,多为、乱为等现象突出,"重钱轻人"、"重人忽本"等现象严重,道家"法自然"、"贵生命"、"重无为"的人本管理思想是解决当前问题的良方。
Contemporary human-oriented management research lack for human nature in theory and also lack for fundamental care for human lives in practice.Excessive and disordered actions are prominent.It’s obvious that more attention is paid on money and stuff than human and essence.Thoughts of"nature accordingly","life preciously"and"focus on non-action" based on Taosim human-oriented management can solve the current problems.
