摘要
目前有关工作场所无礼行为的研究基本集中在结构维度、影响因素及影响后果上,而较少关注工作场所无礼行为本身的动态演变过程。为了更好地控制及消除工作场所无礼行为,就要全面而系统地了解工作场所无礼行为的复杂本质。文章运用文献法对工作场所无礼行为的演变模式进行了系统探讨,得出工作场所无礼行为的演变模式包括螺旋模式及渗透模式,并对减少工作场所无礼行为提出了相应的对策。
The current research of workplace incivility focuses on the dimensions,the antecedents and the consequences.There are few studies on the dynamic evolution process of the workplace incivility.In order to control and eliminate workplace incivility,it is necessary to understand the complex nature of workplace incivility comprehensively and systematically.This pa per studies on the evolution mode of workplace incivility systematically in use of literature method,and concludes that the evo lution mode of workplace incivility include spiral pattern and cascading pattern.In order to reduce workplace incivility,this pa per puts forward some countermeasures.
