招商银行后台业务运营集中管理分析

Analysis of Centralized Management in Background Operation of China Merchants Bank

在我国经济已全方面融入世界经济体系的条件下,我国金融服务业面临着严峻的挑战和激烈的竞争。这迫切需要商业银行加强后台业务运营的集中管理。本文从国外先进银行后台业务运营集中管理的研究出发,分析了国外先进银行后台业务运营集中管理的四个发展阶段,阐述了后台业务运营集中管理的五个特点。同时,从招商银行后台业务运营管理的现状和不足,指出了后台业务集中管理的必要性。最后,从五个方面提出了招商银行后台业务运营集中管理的思考。

With the full integration of Chinese economy into the world economic system,the Chinese financial service industry is facing Analysis serious challenge and fierce competition.Under this condition,commercial banks in China must strengthen thecentralized management in background operation.This paper starts from studying the centralized management in background operation in the western country commercial banks,and analyzes the four stages of development as well as five characteristic of centralized management in background operation of these advanced banks.Meanwhile,this paper looks into the current situa tion and deficiency of China Merchants Bank background operation,and points out the necessity of centralized management of background operation to the bank.At last,this paper puts forward the author’s thoughts on China Merchants Bank centralized management in background operation from five perspectives.
