Patched-1和Gli-1在尖锐湿疣皮损中的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路在尖锐湿疣皮损中的表达及意义。方法通过免疫组化方法检测尖锐湿疣皮损和正常皮肤中Hh信号通路分子Patched-1和Gli-1表达的情况。结果尖锐湿疣患者皮损中Patched-1和Gli-1阳性表达均明显高于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Patched-1和Gli-1在尖锐湿疣患者皮损表达升高,提示Hh信号通路可能参与尖锐湿疣的发病过程。
