新农村建设视域下农民教育观念变迁的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Peasants' Education Concept under the Sight of New Socialist Countryside

新农村建设在促进农村经济发展的同时,也带动了农民教育观念的提升,反映在农民教育支出比重增加、男女教育均等化、教育期望值提升等方面。但与城市居民相比,农民的教育观念尚需进一步更新,这需要国家从财政投入和教育政策等多方面入手,促使农村和城市在教育硬件和教育观念上对接,以促进农村社会全面、可持续发展。

New socialist countryside has not only promoted rural economic development,but also improved education concept of peasants.This reflects in the increases of the proportion of peasants＇ investment in education,equality of men and women education,promotion of peasants＇ educational expectations and so on.However,compared with urban residents,peasants still need to further update their concepts of education.This requires the multi-faceted combination of national financial input and education policies,so as to encourage rural and urban areas docking in education to hardware and concept,and to promote rural social comprehensive and sustainable development.
