分娩方式对性格和人格特质影响的初步分析

Effects of delivery methods on personality trait and character formation

目的分析自然分娩与剖宫产两种不同分娩方式对性格和人格特质形成的影响。方法采用"Y-G人格测验"问卷及自设的一般资料问卷,随机抽取某校2008～2010年入学的医学院学生488名,分析自然分娩和剖宫产的人格特质和性格类型特征。结果自然分娩和剖宫产在主观性、非合作性、攻击性、社会外向性4个人格特质上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种不同分娩方式在性格类型上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分娩方式的不同对人格特质有一定影响,而对性格的形成没有明显影响。

Objective To analyze the effects of two different delivery methods concerning natural birth and caesarean on the personality trait and character formation. Methods Total of 488 students from one Medical college from 2008 to 2010 were randomly selected to complete Yatabe-Gnilford test and self-designed questionnaire. Results There were significant differences between students who were natural birth and who were born by caesarean section in four personality traits such as O,Co,AG,S（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Delivery method has influence on the personality trait, but no effect on the character formation.
