摘要
具有终端的静电设备系统 ,是一种把电能转换为机械能的换能器 .根据能量守恒和转换定律 。
The electrostatic system with terminal equipments is one of energy converters that can change electrical energy into mechanical energy.Two methods on the force and moment calculation of these systems are worked out according to the principle of energy conversion and conservation.Some examples are given.
