摘要
以昆钢焦化生化出水为原水样,利用正交分析法对微波强化PAc絮凝处理进行实验,确定在微波功率800W,助溶剂PAM0.1mg/L,絮凝剂PAc500mg/L时,pH=7,微波反应60s,COD的去除率为30.98%,pH=9,微波时间30s,浊度的去除率为75.93%,与单一絮凝相比,COD、浊度的去除率分别提高了5%和18%左右,从而证明微波有助于提高絮凝效果。
