摘要
用热辅助下的微分调制光谱方法研究了Hg1- xCdxTe 体材料和液相外延材料的E1 和E1+Δ1 临界点.并用三维临界点洛仑兹线性分析了实验光谱结构。
The energy bands E 1 and E 1+Δ 1 of bulk crystal Hg 1 x Cd x Te (x=0.2) and LPE epilayer Hg 1 x Cd x Te were investigated by new differential spectroscopy assisted by the thermal gradient. The experimental results were fitted by the Lorenz lines. The fitting lines agreed with the experimental results well. The parameters of E 1,E 1+Δ 1 and their HM were gotten.
