摘要
应用甘油乙醇法、DTA、XRD、SEM等方法对掺入TiO2的水泥高钙生料易烧性进行试验研究。研究表明:TiO2在较低温度对改善易烧性效果不明显,但在较高温度103500℃具有显著的改善作用;在试验条件下,w(TiO2)=2%的试样的易烧性最好,且C3S结晶完整。
By glycerine ethanol method,DTA,XRD and SEM, the burnability of high CaO raw meal adding TiO2 was studied. The research showed that the impact of TiO2 improving the burnability of raw meal in low temperature was unconspicuous and it became obvious at 1 350℃. And in the condition of experiment, burnability of sample reached the best and the C3s crystle was perfect when TiO2 content was 2%.
