摘要
采用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比分析法等,对1997年-2009年版《竞技健美操竞赛规则》进行研究分析,试图找出难度动作的变化特点及趋势,并根据近几年我国健美操队取得的成绩,探析我国竞技健美操如何更好的发展。
By using the methods of documents,statistics and contrastive analysis,this article studies the competition rules of competitive aerobics from 1997 version to 2009 version,in order to find out the characteristics and trends of the change of competitive aerobics and explore how better to develop our competitive aerobics according to the achievements of Chinese aerobic team in recent years.
