摘要
通过对皮划艇运动员两周亚高原恢复性训练期间的脉搏血氧饱和度、血红蛋白水平、血清肌酸激酶水平的测定及分析,了解这些指标在此期间的变化特点。结果显示:脉搏血氧饱和度进入亚高原后较平原均下降,血红蛋白水平升高,血清肌酸激酶水平训练后升高之后回落。结论:亚高原环境对机体产生低氧刺激,环境和训练双因素的刺激能更快的促使体能恢复,血红蛋白和血清肌酸激酶水平的测定能够准确掌握皮划艇运动员机体对刺激的反应,从而科学的指导训练计划的安排。
Through measurement and analysis of the canoe athletes’ blood oxygen saturation,hemoglobin and serum creatine kinase level in 2 weeks sub-altitude recovery training,this article learns their changing characteristics and gets the result that the environment of sub-altitude could make body low oxygen stimulation, as well as the training could make it recovery more soon.
