摘要
通识教育是一种通过多元化的教育手段,自主选择的教育课程,培养社会人的现代教育方式,其本质是自由教育。我国在从传统教育向通识教育转变的过程中,受到传统教育理念、教育物质基础的制约,还存在诸多问题。转变教育模式,培养创新人才,是我国高等教育改革和发展的必由之路,必须注重教育理念的转变,课程设置的调整,师资队伍的建设以及学生自主学习的激励。
The nature of the general education is liberal education, which includes a wide range of educational tools, the students can choose their own education programs, and it is also modern educational methods to train social. There are still many problems during the process of transformation from traditional education to general education, which is influenced by the traditional educational philosophy and educationcurriculum adjustments, the building of the faculty and students' autonomous learning incentive.
