组织细胞性坏死性淋巴结炎三例报告并文献复习

Three case reports of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis and their literature review

目的提高对组织细胞性坏死性淋巴结炎(Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease,KFD)的认识。方法报道3例KDF的临床表现,并进行相关文献复习。结果 3例患者均表现为不明原因发热、颈部淋巴结肿大,抗感染治疗无效,病程数周到数月,所有病例都经淋巴结活检得以确诊,激素治疗效果较好。结论 KFD并非少见病,由于对其认识不足,临床上易导致误诊误治,故认识其临床特点至关重要。

Objective We intended to improve the recognition of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis （Kikuchi-Fujimoto disease , KFD）. Methods We reported the clinical manifestations of 3 cases with histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis, and reviewed related literature. Results All 3 patients manifested fever of undetermined origin （UFO）, neck lymphadenectasis, and anti-infection therapy was to no avail. The clinical course ranged from weeks to months. All case diagnosis was dependent on biopsy of the affected lymph node and the treatment effect was obvious after treatment with corticosteroids. Conclusions KFD is not a kind of infrequent disease. Because of insufficient recognition, misdiagnosis and mistreatment easily resulted clinically. Therefore, it is very important to recognize the clinical characteristics of KFD
