新《刑事诉讼法》的实施将给检察机关自侦工作带来严峻的挑战,也给职务犯罪侦查工作带来了新变化。通过介绍新《刑诉法》中律师不被监听权的确立,剖析该项权利的确立对自侦部门侦查实践工作的影响与挑战,重新审视目前自侦工作中存在的问题,并就自侦工作如何应对该挑战提出相应的措施与对策。

The implementation of the Criminal Procedure Law brings great challenges to the self investigation of procuratorial organizations, and it also brings new changes to crime investigations. According to the law, the lawyers should not be monitored when meeting with the suspect. This paper probes into the influence and challenges that such a right brings to the self investigation of procuratorial organizations, reexamines the problems in the field of self investigation, and puts forward measures to brave these challenges.
