摘要
英国女作家J·K·罗琳创作的系列小说《哈利·波特》在21世纪初迅速成为一大文化现象,在业界和学术界都引起了强烈反响。从语言的运用、丰富的想象力及创作主题等方面对其成功的原因进行了分析,同时剖析了其巨大的商业价值背后成功的推广模式对我国儿童文学作品创作和营销的启示。
The Harry Potter series written by the British novelist J. K. Rowling are so successful that they have become a major cultural phenomenon at the beginning of the 21st century, making a sensation both in the literary and academic worlds. This paper analyzes the reasons for its success from the perspectives of language, imagination and literary themes, etc.. Besides, it discusses the light that its successful promotion model behind its enormous commercial value can shed on the writing and marketing of domestic children' s literature.
