Dilemma and Prospect of Non-Core Journals at Local Colleges and Universities

目前地方高校非核心类学报的发展受到学校、作者及学报自身发展的制约。在新的发展环境下,学报近期应调整办刊宗旨以适应新的形势、创建特色栏目凸显学科优势、加大邀约优秀稿件的力度,做好内功迎接改革大潮;远期可走特色化、专业化、集约化、多元化、网络化的办刊道路,使学报发展的路越走越宽。

Currently, non-core journals at local colleges and universities are restricted by their schools, au- thors and their own limitations. This paper examines the reform environment and development trend in this regard. And it suggests that in the new environment, journals are expected to adjust their tenet, create featured columns, invite more papers of good quality, and develop themselves. In the long run, they can expand their develc, pment by running journals in a featured, specialized, intensive, diversified, and networked manner.
