Case Study on the Comprehensive Quality for Higher Vocational Students

在当代高等教育大众化阶段,高职层次的学生素质问题已经成为提升高职吸引力的一个关键因素。通过对某高职院校学生政治素质、道德素质、人文素质、身心素质、职业素质和创新素质等方面的综合调查,就高职学生综合素质培养与提升方面存在的问题进行分析,望籍此完善学生素质,加快高职内涵建设,提升高职教育吸引力。

In the phase of popularization of higher education,higher vocational students’ quality has become a key factor to promote higher vocational college’ attractiveness.Through a survey of students’ political quality,moral quality,cultural quality,physical and mental quality,occupational quality and innovational quality in a vocational college,this paper analyses the problems concerning the cultivation and improvement of higher vocational students’ comprehensive quality,in the hope of improving their quality,accelerating the connotational construction of higher vocational colleges and enhancing the attractiveness of higher vocational education.
