摘要
做好海外项目的 HSE工作,并重点解决员工心理健康问题,不仅能够保证在海外工作员工的身心健康,而且可以提高其工作积极性,减少安全事故,降低海外施工的运营成本。分析了中国石化沙特拉比格1 000万t/a炼油项目HSE管理工作,海外员工心理健康存在的问题和主要成因,提出项目员工心理健康管理措施,以及心理健康管理工作的改进建议。
Good HSE management work of overseas projects,especially solving the employees’problems in mental health can not only guarantee the mental and physical health of the overseas staff,but also improve their working enthusiasm and reduce the operation cost of overseas construction.Currently,the issues of the mental and physical health of the overseas staff are more important than that of the safety accidents.It’s of great urgency to pay attention to the mental health of the overseas staff.This article analyzes the HSE management of Rabigh 10 Mt/a refining project in Saudi Arabia,the problems existing in the mental health of overseas staff and the causes for these problems.It also introduces the practice that the project has carried out to maintain the mental health of the overseas staff.The paper discusses how to improve their mental health as well.
