摘要
分析辨识煤液化危险化学品建设项目存在的危险、有害因素;可能发生的风险事故、主要高温高压装置的事故;储罐与管线接口、阀门等可能导致发生火灾、爆炸、有毒物质泄漏等危险事故。提出合理、可行的安全对策措施和建议,为工程的设计和建设提供参考和依据。
This paper analyzes and identifies the existing dangers and harmful factors in the dangerous chemical construction project in coal liquefaction,the possible risks and accidents and main accidents resulting from high-temperature and high-pressure equipments.Storage tanks and pipeline interface,valves,etc.,may result in fire,explosion,leakage of toxic substances and other dangerous accidents.The paper brings forward reasonable and feasible safety countermeasures and proposals and this provides reference and basis for engineering design and construction.
