摘要
利用危险与可操作分析(HAZOP)技术对在役的汽油一步氧化法脱硫醇工艺进行分析,查找出工艺设计中存在的安全阀敞口排放、汽油倒串压缩风系统、尾气无防护直排隐患,提出了改进工艺、增加报警联锁和阻火设施等削减风险的技术对策措施,进一步提高装置运行的本质化安全水平。
This paper makes an analysis on the in service gasoline Merox technology by one-ste Poxidizing method by applying HAZO Ptechnology.Hidden dangers existing in the process design such as unconfined emission of the relief valve,backflow of gasoline into the compressor system and direct unprotected tail gas emission are found out.The paper presents the technological countermeasures including improving technology,installing alarm interlock and fire prevention facilities to reduce risks.This helps to further improve the level of the intrinsic safety of the device.
