摘要
针对目前已有平台对抢修资源的监控与管理相对简单等问题,紧密结合故障抢修的特点及工程实践,研究了以配网抢修指挥平台为依托,以GPS作为数据采集手段,GPRS作为通信手段,合理地利用计算机技术和通信技术以实现对故障抢修资源的合理配置与调度等功能,为配电故障抢修资源管理的统一化、可视化、智能化和主动化提供技术支撑。
Because monitoring and management of repair resources for the existing platforms being simple relatively, closely combining the characteristics of fault repair and practices of engineering, the paper study the rational allocation and intelligent scheduling scheme of electrical repairs resources for distribution network, based on repair command platform, making GPS as a means of data collection and GPRS as a means of communication, which provide technical support for unified resource management, visualization, intelligent and initiative of the fault repair resources for distribution network.
