介入引导式教育的综合康复对痉挛型脑瘫患儿治疗效果的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察介入引导式教育的综合康复对痉挛型脑瘫患儿治疗效果的影响。方法:痉挛型脑瘫患儿42例,随机分为对照组21例和实验组21例,对照组采用常规综合康复治疗,实验组采用在常规综合康复治疗的基础上结合引导式教育的康复治疗方法。两组均配合家庭康复治疗,两组治疗前后采用儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM量表)对患儿进行评定。结果:治疗24W后,实验组与对照组比较疗效更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:介入引导式教育的综合康复治疗方法能显著提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复治疗的效果。 Objective:To investigate the effect of conductive education intervention on the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for Spastic: cerebral palsy children.Methods:42 Spastic: cerebral palsy children were randomly assigned into the control group (21 cases)and the experimental group (21 cases).The children in the control group were treated by conventional comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. The children in the experimental group were treated by conductive education intervention as one part of the comprehensive rehabilitation therapy.And both groups accepted family rehabilitation under guidance. Children's functional independence rating scale (WeeFIM scale) were used to assess two groups of children before and after treatment. Results: After 24 w treatment, the effect of the experimental group compared with that of the control group is more significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : Conductive education intervention of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can significantly improve the effect of rehabilitation therapy for spasm cerebral palsy children.
