摘要
《外科护理》是护理专业的核心技能课程,如何将教学过程与工作过程紧密结合,教学情景和工作情景紧密结合,是培养"实用型高技能护理人才"亟待解决的问题。为此,课题组以课程改革为突破口,对本课程的整体设计进行了探索。根据课程定位,进行岗位需求调研分析;以职业能力培养为重点,以贯穿工作过程的"双线并行项目"为载体,以学习性工作任务为驱动,设计了基于工作过程的《外科护理》项目化课程。旨在深化教学改革,为高职护理专业课程体系创新和人才培养方案优化奠定基础。
Surgical care is the core course for nursing major. The most urgent prohlems are how to combine the processes and the situations between teaching and real work, which are the key to bring up high-skilled nursing talents in real world. So the studying team explored the entire design schemes of this subject through course reform. According to course orientation, the authors analyzed job requirements, and then devised a two-in-one Surgical Care project items that are both job-oriented and work-task-driven. The purpose is to better training programs for nursing major as well as to further the teaching reform of nursing specialty.
