The Speech about Re-reading the Letters from Song Qingru

重读清如老师为写作《朱生豪传》给我们的来信，觉得她永远活在我们心中，仍在指导我们、鼓励我们。她是一位深受五四新文化运动影响的典型知识女性，更是我国现代诗歌史上少有的卓越女诗人，因而顺理成章地成为朱译莎剧的亲密伴侣。她终身服务于中学语文教育事业，提携后学，不遗余力；同时也为丈夫生豪的遗愿、遗译，以及朱译莎剧，殚精竭虑，死而后已。悲剧色彩浓郁的朱宋爱情让我们悚然肃然，唏嘘不已。在朱译莎剧研究不断深入的今天，我们不能忘怀清如老师的谆谆教诲。

When we re-read the letters from Mrs. Song Qingru for the biography of Zhu Shenghao, we feel that she lives in our hearts forever, Guiding us and encouraging us. She was a typical intellectual woman effected by the May Fourth Movement and the New Culture Movement, and she also was a rare outstanding female poet in the history of modern poetry in China, thus she became the intimate partner of Zhu Shenghao＇ s translation of shakespear＇ s works. SHe dedicated her life to the Chi- nese education of middle school, and spared no effort to help the younger generation. At the same time she put her efforts and life on her husband Zhu Shenghao＇ s dying wishes--the translations which were not finished and the t ranslation of shakespear＇ s works. The love with rich tragic color between Zhu Shenghao and Song Qingru let us respect and sigh. In the days when the sutdy of Zhu Shenghao＇ s translation of shakespear＇ s works is getting deeper, we cannot forget Mrs. Song Qing- ru＇ s inculcaton.
