摘要
伦理与法律是两个互相依存、彼此渗透的维度。作为以国家间关系为主要对象的国际法，体现出浓厚的伦理特质。国际法的伦理维度，是国际法存在的深层次原因，也是国际法得以运行的合理性基础。建构国际法伦理机制具有现实的迫切性，促进这一机制的形成，无疑将奠定国际社会和谐关系的基石。
As well as we know, ethics and law are interpenetrative and interdependent. International law, which mainly regulates the relationship among countries, demonstrating the strong ethical characteristics. The ethical dimension is not on- ly the profound reason for the existence of international law but also the rational foundation, which supports the development of international law. It is extremely urgent to construct the mechanism for international law. The facilitating of this mecha- nism will definitely lay the cornerstone for the international harmonious society.
