通过问卷调查法、文献资料法以及逻辑推理法,对CBA联赛外籍球员的引进存在的问题及原因进行分析。以有关外籍球员引进为切入点,对引进外援现状进行讨论。结果表明:外援的引进带动了国内篮球市场的发展,同时出现了限制国内球员的发展及后备队员的培养;俱乐部经济负担过重;外援管理制度不完善等问题。

This essay analyzes the existing problems and cause of CBA drawing into foreign players with the methods of questionnaire,literature,law and logic reasoning.It takes drawing into foreign players as an entry point to discuss the present situation of drawing into of foreign aid.The results show that the introduction of foreign aid has led to the development of the domestic basketball market,at the same time limited the cultivation of the development of the domestic players and reserve players,club has a heavy economic burden,the system of managing foreign aid is imperfect,etc.
