With the fast development of China university basketball league（CUBA）,it is urgent to reform and perfect itself continuously in order to better adapt to the development and change rules of basketball.On discussing the competition system reform of CUBA,this paper puts forward the concrete reform ideas.CUBA should make full use of its own internal and external environment to ensure CUBA to develop sustainably,stably and rapidly.
