摘要
采用扫描电镜等方法对湿式研磨铝矿用低铬铸铁磨球失效进行了分析.结果表明,磨球失效原因系强碱腐蚀与冲击磨损的综合作用,而腐蚀所起的作用更为重要.
The failure of low Cr cast iron grinding ball for wet grinding of alumina ore was analysed by SEM. The results showed that ball failed due to combined effect of strong caustic corrosion and impact wear. Cor-rosion played an more important role in failure process.
