摘要
本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了滨珊瑚和角孔珊瑚及它们在不同酸性条件处理下的形貌和显微结构变化,并对角孔珊瑚进行了溶解失重分析。实验结果表明,为了保持珊瑚天然的微孔结构,以作为制备人工骨的材料,对其进行处理环境的环境pH 值不能小于 3。
In this paper the morphology of the porites and the goniopora and the change of the morphology and the microstructure of these corals after immersion in phosphoric acid with different pH value were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).We also analysis the weight loss of the goniopora due to the dissolution during immersion in phosphoric acid.The results indicate that in order to keep the corals’ nature micro\| structure, which is advantages to the use of the corals as the bone prosthetic materials,we should’t treat the corals under the circumstance with pH lower than 3.
