乙型和丙型病毒性肝炎肝脏相关淋巴细胞的超微结构观察

Ultrastructural observations and analysis of liver\|associated lymphocytes in hepatitis B and C

应用透射电子显微镜对病毒性肝炎肝穿标本进行观察，肝脏相关淋巴细胞大致存在三种形态：典型的Ｐｉｔ细胞、小淋巴细胞和混合型淋巴细胞三类。丙型病毒性肝炎标本上的淋巴细胞数量高于乙型病毒性肝炎（Ｐ＜ ０．０５），在攻击肝细胞时的形态学表现亦不相同，在慢性乙型病毒性肝炎活动期，小淋巴细胞明显增多（４７．１％ ）。结果提示。

Liver biopsies from 31 patients with hepatitis B and C were observed by electron microscopy.Liver\|asssociated lymphocytes(LAL) was divided typical pit cells,fixed lymphocytes and small lymphocytes.Statistical analysis shows that lymphocytes amout have difference (P<0 05) between hepatitis B and C.Small lymphocytes were significantly higher(47.1%) in chronic active hepatitis B.These results show that LAL made up and biological effect have difference in hepatitis B and C.
