摘要
文章回顾了企业医院改制的历程,概述了企业医院改制的主要模式,剖析了企业医院改制的难点所在,并以公立医院改革试点城市株洲市的企业医院转制改革为案例,探讨了公立医院改革过程中企业医院改制的实现路径。
The paper reviewed the process of the institutional reform in the enterprise hospital, introduced the several main models, and analyzed some critical obstacles. Based on the case study of Zhuzhou City, the approaches to realize the institutional reform in the enterprise hospital in public hospital reform have been explored and discussed.
