摘要
本文主要内容是测试和分析了一种既有建筑外窗改造的形式,通过测试改造前后外窗的物理性能(气密性)、冬季采暖时室内外温度、室内房间噪声及建筑物外立面窗口红外热像检测等内容,根据测试结果,将改造前和改造后的数据进行对比,对其既有建筑外窗改造后的节能效果进行分析,结果表明,在既有建筑外窗基础上安装密封条和把单玻窗户更换为双玻窗户的改造形式,节能效果显著。
A form of the reconstruction of building exterior windows is mainly tested and analyzed in this article. Physical properties (air tightness) of external window, indoor and outdoor temperatures during heating in winter, indoor noise and infrared thermographic inspection of windows on external facade of building are tested before and after window rebuilding. The data is compared and analyzed the energy efficiency after rebuilding. The analysis result indicates that installation of sealing strip on existing external window and change of single layer glass window into double-layer glass window may obtain obvious energy efficiency.
