摘要
以AT89C52单片机为核心,采用模块化设计和主从工作模式设计系统.选择自制的变介电常数式电容传感器实现水分测量;利用电流型集成温度传感器AD590设计温度补偿电路;采用AT89C2051单片机设计信号采集电路,实现水分、温度信号的采集.整个干燥机系统还包括显示、报警和控制电路,可与PC机相连,实现统一管理,扩大了组合系统应用范围.
The system was designed to modularization structure using the signal-chip microcomputer(AT89C52) as the core,and works under master-slave mode.The self-made variable dielectric constant type capacitance sensor was used to realize moisture measurement;the output-mode IC temperature sensor(AD590) was used to design compensating circuit,and the single-chip microcomputer(AT89C2051) was chosen to design signal acquisition circuit for realize the moisture and the temperature signal.The system display,alarm and control circuit,and communicate with PC,and realize unified management,and enlarge the application field of the integration system.
