Mechanism Construction and Fundamental Causes of Cooperation Between China and ASEAN

东盟作为东南亚最大的区域性国际组织,在中国对外战略布局中的地位日益提升。中国与东盟关系的发展从敌对到互信、从对话伙伴到战略伙伴,双方逐步建立了较为成熟的机制化合作关系,而日益成熟的合作机制又能够进一步促进双方关系的良性发展。

ASEAN is the biggest regional organization in Southeast Asia and it has higher position in China＇s overall stra- tegic arrangement. The relationship between China and ASEAN has developed from hostility to trust and from session partner to strategic partner. China and ASAN have built more mature cooperative relationship to improve the two-way relationship.
