基于学习算法的离散型制造业生产能力平衡技术

摘要 生产计划与调度是离散型制造业生产管理的技术难点.论文分析了离散型制造业生产计划下达的问题,建立了生产任务均衡分配模型,并用一种新的学习算法对其进行优化.该算法采用了一种新的0-1编码,并通过生产实例验证了该任务分配模型的科学性及实用性、优化算法的可行性及有效性. Production plan and management are difficulties for discrete manufacturing.The paper analyzed the mode of production plan and assignment of discrete manufacturing,and set up the model of production task balanced distribution,and used a new learning algorithm to optimization it.The 0-1 code was used in learning algorithm,and the instance test verified,the task assigned model was practical,the approach was scientific and the learning algorithm was feasible and effective.
