热网余压回收系统节能率的影响因素分析

摘要 针对单热源枝状热网间接连接供热系统,对通过水轮机回收利用一级网余压能的热网余压回收系统进行了节能性分析。推导得出水轮机总出力、循环水泵能耗、余压能及热网余压回收系统节能率的计算公式,并通过工程实例进行了验证。分析了热用户数量、余压回收热用户的数量占所有热用户数量的比例、热网主干线及支线的压降、热源和热用户的设计需用压头对节能率的影响。 Taking the indirect heating system with tree-shaped networks and a single heat source as the research object, analyses the energy saving effect of the heating network residual pressure recovery system with the hydraulic turbine used to recycle residual pressure of the primary network. Derives the formulas of the total output of hydraulic turbine, the energy consumption of circulating water pumps, the residual pressure energy and the energy-saving ratio,, which are validated with an engineering example. Analyses the influences of the number of heat users, the ratio of the heat users using hydraulic turbine to the all heat users, the pressure drops in the main line and the branch line in heating network and the rated pressure heads of the heat source and heat users on the energy-saving ratio.
