摘要
亚太城市月光住宅小区5#,8#楼为Y形平面高位转换的超限高层建筑,采用了框支剪力墙结构体系,框支框架选用了型钢混凝土构件,结构整体的抗震性能目标设定为D级,进行了小、中、大震作用下的分析计算,判断出薄弱构件的位置,采取有针对性的加强措施,并对框支框架进行有限元分析,对框支层楼板进行受剪承载力计算,使本工程达到了设定"小震无损、中震中损、大震较重损"的抗震性能目标。
The 5# and 8# buildings of Yatai City Moonlight Residential Quarter are ultra-limit high-rise buildings with high-transfer layer and Y-shaped plane.Partial frame-supported shear wall structure was adopted,and the SRC members was used in the frame structure.Seismic performance objective of the structure was grade D.Structure analysis and calculation were taken under different levels,including frequent earthquake,medium earthquake and rare earthquake.Weak members were judged and strengthened.The finite element analysis was used to frame structure,and the calculation of shear capacity was carried to frame supported floor slab.The project achieved the preset seismic performance objectives:"no damage under the frequent earthquake,moderate damage under the medium earthquake,heavier damage under the rare earthquake."
