摘要
对胜利油田某医院的砖混结构医疗楼进行了抗震鉴定和结构加固设计,重点对楼梯间和电梯间构成的L形出屋面屋顶房间的性能和加固设计进行了基于PKPM的分析和方案优选。研究证明了基于PKPM的加固设计优化方案的可行性和有效性,并分析总结了砖混医疗建筑的抗震加固设计规律:对平面不规则房间,宜考虑整体加固,避免因局部加固影响其他部分的抗震性能;使用砂浆面层加固法时不宜通过单纯地增加面层厚度来提高效果;用双面钢筋网砂浆面层法加固时,钢筋网间距宜选用规程规定的上限。
A brick-concrete medical building in Sheng Li Oilfield was evaluated and designed for seismic reinforcement. The reinforcement design of L-shaped roof room, which consists of the stairwell and elevator well, was optimized and analyzed. Results prove that PKPM-based reinforcement design optimization is effective and practicable. Design laws were summarized that the reinforcement done for the irregular plane room should consider the whole reinforcement, in order to avoid excessive impact on the seismic performance of other parts by the partial reinforcement. Simply increasing the thickness of the surface layer to increase the effect of mortar surface layer reinforcement method is not recommended. Selecting the upper limit of bar spacing according to the code is recommended when use double-sided steel mesh mortar surface reinforcement method'.
