摘要
福建省属于东南沿海活跃地震带,省内许多镇(乡)村位于抗震设防烈度较高的区域上,部分房屋建造时未考虑地震影响或考虑不周,存在大量有抗震缺陷的建筑。为全面了解福建省广大镇(乡)村既有建筑物的抗震性能,并进行正确鉴定评价,在准确鉴定结论的基础上进而提出适当的抗震加固处理措施,对福建省镇(乡)村既有建筑抗震性能进行全面集中调查,并重点总结石砌体结构房屋、夯土墙承重结构房屋、穿斗木构架结构房屋和钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋的抗震性能缺陷。
Under the damage of same seismic intensity, buildings in the town and village suffer more casualties and collapse than that in the city. Fujian Province is located in the active southeast coastal seismic zone. Many towns and villages are located in the high seismic fortification intensity area. There are many buildings constructed with seismic defects. To investigate and evaluate the seismic behavior of existing buildings in the town and village of Fujian, as well as to take proper seismic reinforcement measures, the comprehensive investigation was conducted, while five main structural types of existing buildings and seismic defects of masonry buildings were summarized.
