摘要
为研究型钢再生混凝土梁的受剪性能,进行了10根型钢再生混凝土梁和2根型钢普通混凝土梁的抗剪性能试验,考虑了再生粗骨料取代率、剪跨比和混凝土强度3个影响因素。12根试验梁中有8根发生剪切斜压破坏,4根发生弯剪破坏。试验表明,在型钢再生混凝土梁中配置一定数量的箍筋可避免剪切粘结破坏的发生,型钢再生混凝土梁与型钢普通混凝土梁受力过程相似,且强度并没有明显降低。
In order to study the shear performance of steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams, ten steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams and two steel reinforced normal aggregate concrete beams were tested. The replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate, the shear span ratio and the concrete strength were considered. Among twelve testing beams, 8 beams failed for shearing diagonal compression, and the other 4 beams failed for bending and shearing. The test results show that the occurrence of shear adhesive failure can be avoided if a certain number of stirrups are set in steel reinforced recycled aggregate concrete beams. In addition, steel recycled aggregate concrete beams have the similar stress process with the steel reinforced normal aggregate concrete beams, and the strength is not reduced significantly.
