Thoughts on the Railway Service to the Western Region Development

分析了铁路在大西南出海通道中的地位,结合柳州铁路局实际,找出出海通道中铁路存在的问题,并通过对西南、粤西、海南客货运量的预测,提出了铁路的相应对策与措施。

The position of the railway sector in the sea outlet passages of great southwestern China is analyzed. In combination with the actual conditions of the Liuzhou Railway Administration, the problems existed in the railway sector for the sea outlet passages are identified. The corresponding countermeasures and means of the railway are put forward through the forecast of passenger and freight traffic volumes for the southwest China, western Guangdong and the Hainan Island.
