保山市男男性行为人群性行为特征及HIV感染状况分析

Sexual behavior characteristics and HIV infection status among MSM in Baoshan

目的了解保山市男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MSM)的性行为特征和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染状况,为今后针对该人群进行有效的干预工作提供经验和依据。方法通过招募MSM志愿者,采用"滚雪球"的方法,对保山市100名近6个月有过男男性行为的MSM进行匿名面对面访谈并抽血检测。结果保山市MSM人群的平均年龄为25.72±8.25岁;艾滋病知识知晓率为96.4%;最近半年发生过同性肛交性行为、同性商业性行为、异性性行为的比例分别为52.0%、12.0%和31.0%,最近一次与同性发生肛交性行为、同性商业性行为、异性性行为时使用安全套的比例分别为90.4%、100.0%和58.1%,最近半年发生同性肛交性行为、同性商业性行为和异性性行为时坚持使用安全套的比例分别为73.1%、100.0%和41.9%;HIV感染率为7.0%。结论保山市MSM人群同性肛交性行为和异性性行为时安全套使用频率较低,大多存在异性性行为,HIV感染率较高。应加大该人群的干预力度,及早检测和治疗,以有效控制艾滋病性病的传播和流行。

Objective To understand the sexual behavior characteristics of men who have sex with men （MSM）and the infection status of HIV, and provide experience and basis for effective intervention work. Method In-terview anonymously 100 MSM within 6 months by recruiting MSM volunteers, and adopting ＂ snowball＂method, and detect their blood sample. Results The average age of MSM was 25.72 ± 8.25 years old, and the knowledge rate of AIDS was 96.4%. The ratios of homosexual anal sex, homosexual commercial sex and heterosexuality in recent 6 months were 52. 0%, 12.0% and 31.0%, respectively, the use rates of condom in the last sex behavior were 90. 4% , 100. 0% and 58.1%, respectively, and the rates of consistently using of condom were 73.1%, 100.0% and 41.9%, respectively. The infection rate of HIV was 7.0%. Conclusions The use rate of condom among MSM was low, and most of had heterosexuality. The infection rate of HIV was high, thus we should increase the intervention effort, and strengthen detection and treatment, so as to control the transmission and epidemics of AIDS effectively.
