This paper recalls the development of shiprepair in six aspects of constant increase of output value,raising of capacity of shiprepair,strengthening of management, enlarging of market and foreign-ship′s repair,certificated quality and emphasis of safety and services in our country,that analyses the situation and problems and counterproposal we are facing,and points out that management must be strengthened and modern enterprise system must be set up.
