摘要
以 3条散货船为例 ,按照《国际海上人命安全公约》 (SOLAS)修正案“散货船的安全措施”及“货船分舱和破舱稳性”的各项条款的要求 ,计算并校核了第一货舱破损进水后的平衡状态和船舶分舱指数 ,分析了不满足要求的原因 。
Illustrated with three bulk carriers and according to the requirements of amendments to the annex to The International Convention For the Safety of Life At Sea(SOLAS)and the regulations on subdivision and damage stability of cargo ships,the condition of equilibrium after the foremost cargo hold folooded and subdivision index are calculated and checked,the reason why it can not satisfy requirements and the improving methods are given in this paper.
