科威特中央银行新总部大楼高约239m,由主楼、裙楼和人防工程组成。地下室筏板和防水墙采用K500和K650防水混凝土(部分采用自密实混凝土)。分析了混凝土渗漏的原因及控制措施,因此,在施工过程中,筏板采用了相对较小的流水段进行施工。详细介绍了混凝土配合比设计、筏板施工段的划分、施工缝和控制缝的设置及构造,以及防水混凝土的施工方法与质量控制措施。
The new headquarters office building of Central Bank of Kuwait is about 239m high,consisting of office tower,podium and shelter.The basement raft and retaining walls are constructed with Grade K500 and K650 concrete(partially using self-compact concrete).The reasons for concrete leakage and control measures are analyzed.As a result,in construction of raft and retaining wall,concrete was poured each time at a relative small value compared with the common domestic practice.This report introduces the design of concrete mix,division of construction steps,and construction details for construction joints and control joints.It also introduces in detail the construction method of waterproofing concrete as well as its quality control.
