摘要
以City of Lights(以下简称COL)项目为例,介绍了模板拆除施工方案设计,优化与相关技术。有效地解决了周转材料的利用率过低问题,降低了成本、缩短了工期,而且施工方便。通过计算,模板拆除施工方案设计,优化及应用中发现,模板拆除时不但要计算梁板强度,而且要计算梁板的刚度,确保梁板不会因为挠度过大而产生不可修复的裂缝。
Taking the City of Lights as an example,the authors introduce the scheme design,optimization and relevant technology for formwork removal.The method proposed efficiently solved the problem of low usage ratio of revolving materials,reduced the cost,shortened the construction period,and made the construction more convenient.Through calculation,formwork removal scheme design,optimization and application practice,it was found that to prevent the beam and slab from developing excessive deflection and irreparable crack,it is necessary to check not only the strength of beams and slabs,but also their rigidity.
